PHOTOS - BUILDING INITIAL FRAME
First Leg bent by measuring out then forging the corners around a metal bar before hammering the shape of the corner
More material is needed to make last leg but overall pretty good outcome.
Bars across the top of leg will have to be welded in to ensure the shape of the leg.
DRAWINGS - RESOLVE/MEASUREMENTS
Development drawings on top shape and weaving of legs. Development of Weaving on top will come in building stages to see what the best way is.
Measurements for Legs and Top. Only outside Frame. Inside frame to be resolved after the outside frame is build and welded.
Materials!! and testing.
Galvanised Rod 6.3mm
PP Strapping
Testing Weaving. Support Rod yet to placed in centre but this weave seemed strongest and best patterned.
